  • EHBs feature a powerful, role-based system to provide flexible access controls while maintaining security
  • End-to-end electronic proposal and contract management system
  • Comprehensive data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Enhanced communication and collaboration among program participants
  • Savings in time and cost
    • Higher productivity – required information available at the right granularity in an effective presentation format
    • No redundant data entry required; data already in place
    • Automation of many administrative tasks
    • Reduced publication and distribution costs
COMMERCIALIZATION
  • Developed the next generation electronic performance support system (MaintenanceMax®) based on EHB design concepts for commercial sector. Currently deployed in U.S. Army and Navy
  • Fielded and tested for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences
    • The performance support systems deployed for maintenance slash labor times by one-third or more while simultaneously increasing maintenance quality, workplace safety, and overall productivity
  • Teaming arrangements with commercial firms for other vertical applications
  • Other service provided are web hosting, security infrastructure design, security assessments, regulatory compliance, development and implementation of security policies and awareness training

  • Technology has been used for numerous NASA programs including: Small Business Innovation Research; Small Business Technology Transfer; NASA Education Evaluation Information System (NEEIS) ; Minority University Research and Education Division; Online Directives Information System; and Earth Science Technology Office
